Why we no longer post on Twitter.
Dear Followers,
We want to let you know that CISO Intelligence will no longer be publishing updates on Twitter due to recent concerns over the platform's safety and reliability. The evolving changes in the platform's policies and management have led us to question its commitment to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for its users.
As an organization committed to following the highest standards in cybersecurity, we cannot in good conscience support a platform that appears to be forsaking principles of Trust & Safety on the internet. As we continue to prioritize in-depth, actionable content, we are focusing our efforts on platforms that align with our goal of fostering meaningful conversations and offering you richer insights into the ever-evolving world of cybersecurity. Our focus remains on creating a space where transparency, trust, and safety are upheld, ensuring our community can access reliable and secure information without compromise.
To quote _The Guardian_ _:_
> This is something we have been considering for a while given the often disturbing content promoted or found on the platform, including far-right conspiracy theories and racism. The US presidential election campaign served only to underline what we have considered for a long time: that X is a toxic media platform and that its owner, Elon Musk, has been able to use its influence to shape political discourse.
> X users will still be able to share our articles, and the nature of live news reporting means we will still occasionally embed content from X within our article pages.
To stay updated with the latest CISO Intelligence content, please subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on LinkedIn, Mastodon, and Bluesky. We believe these platforms provide a more consistent and secure experience for both content creators and followers, allowing us to continue engaging with you effectively and safely.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
